Cancellation Policy:

To my valued clients:

I truly appreciate your business and the trust you place in me for the care of your dog.  I will endeavour to accommodate all your needs to the best of my ability.  

Because I have reserved a time especially for you and in order to keep things running smoothly, please note:

If you must cancel your appointment I respectfully request 48 hours notice.  It is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice. 

No shows will be charged the full amount for the service booked.

1st time Client Policy:

We are accepting new clients and really appreciate them.

Due to an increased number of people making appointments and not showing up or not cancelling their appointments we require a $50 non refundable deposit per dog.  This $50 will be applied to your total bill when your dog is groomed.
